Ditsch in Bochum

Seller tries to sell the customer for stupid. Finds Ditsch items have allegedly never been sold in the shop, even though I bought them there myself.

Pretzels are delicious, only what is extremely annoying are 2 points. 1. If you want hot pretzels you always get cold or lukewarm as they are already done. Hints for this are skilfully ignored or the pretzel is placed briefly on the stove again, which still does not help. 2. Bonus system, there is always an attempt to get around the free pretzel, either it only counts the next time, or is already booked in the cash register, you get fewer stamps. It's really just annoying and not funny anymore. Unfortunately, I had this experience in another store.
